心識

(心識, 心识)

The mind and cognition; mind and its contents; the two are considered as identical in the <Abhidharma-kośa>, but different in Mahāyāna.

心與識。 心梵語是質多， 集起為義， 指阿賴耶識所含藏積集的善惡種子； 識梵語是毗若南， 主要的意義是了別為性， 是指依意根生起的前六識， 了別的作用。
